Newer three bedroom, 2 ½ bath home in quiet, family friendly neighborhood just four or five miles from downtown, U of M, Eastern and hospitals.
It has central air, a two-car garage, a nice yard with a patch for a garden, and a patio and deck with deck furniture I am leaving behind. There is even an outdoor firepit for bonfires (which are legal as long as they are in the pot, which I am also leaving behind). It has a full basement for storage, laundry, and we are leaving behind a professional quality fitness center style Precor treadmill that can be used.
Our subdivision is fairly new and super family friendly. The subdivision has its own playground just around the corner and both the local elementary school and middle school are basically in my backyard. That is actually the wrong address but it will show my house.

We will be your “landlords,” though our next door neighbors have agreed to be on-call property managers. So if there are problems your maintenance man is basically your next door neighbor. They have also agreed to do the lawncare and snow and ice removal for a very reasonable monthly fee if you are interested.
